Whatever your doing now, it isn’t working. F3 will push you. We do things the hard way. Together. You’ll grumble about the gloom and hate certain exercises. But if you keep showing up, it does get easier because you’re getting better.

F3 is a national network of thousands of free, peer-led workouts for men in hundreds of regions and this network is still growing fast. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
